Clubhouse Rentals

  Celebrate life's important events at Sunrise!!

The Clubhouse at Sunrise Community Club is available for rental for private parties from the weekend after Labor Day until the weekend before the club opens for the summer season on Memorial Day weekend. The Clubhouse is not available for rental for private parties during the summer. 

Rentals include access to a full kitchen, men's and women's bathrooms, beautiful wooden bar, tables and chairs, and ice machine.

   In the past, the Sunrise Clubhouse has been the venue for wedding receptions, Sweet Sixteen parties, Quinceañeras, First Communion parties, baby showers, going-away parties, bridesmaid luncheons, Irish wakes, sales meetings, company dinners, birthday parties, retreats, team awards banquets, product showings and more.

The Clubhouse will hold up to approximately 125 guests.

Price for rental:

$600 This includes time prior to event for set up and decoration

($500 for Sunrise Community Club members)
